Service Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our small family business as a Service/Parts Manager with a focus on customer service. We are the local authorized Subaru Service Centre.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- General administration
- Answering phone calls
- Managing service bookings
- Monitoring and replying to emails.
- Creating Job card
- Using multiple of parts catalogues to identify and source parts.
- Invoicing
- Communicating effectively and efficiently with the technicians, customers, and staff.
- Managing stock levels and ordering.
Our ideal candidate will display:
- Mechanical knowledge
- The ability to prioritise time and use your initiative.
- A positive energy and desire to learn.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- A hard-working, motivated work ethic
- Team player skills with the ability to work unsupervised
- High level attention to detail and record keeping skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, however not essential.
